'If money is good...': Rahul Dravid gives hilarious response on actor who should do his Bollywood biopic

Former Indian head coach Rahul Dravid was asked a question regarding which actor is perfect for his biopic. The 51-year-old stunned everyone with his humorous take showing his perfect sense of humour and wit. He responded that if the money is good he wouldn’t mind making acting debut. Rahul added the lifetime achievement award at the CEAT Cricket Awards for his worthy contributions to Indian cricket as another feather to his cap. The Ex-Indian coach played a pivotal role in helping India win the T20 World Cup 2024 under Rohit Sharma’s captaincy.

 

He got a perfect goodbye to his international coaching career after the Men in Blue defeated South Africa at Kensington Oval in Barbados on June 29. While asked that who will play Rahu Dravid's biopic, the legendary cricketer responded that if their is good money then he will play the role. 

 

"If the money is good enough, I will play the role," Dravid replied.
 

He also shared his experience as a coach in the World Cup 2023 held in India. India won all their games to their run to the final that was derailed by Pat Cummins-led Australia. Dravid shared his emotions on the dramatic final.

“Honestly, I didn’t want to do anything different. I think we ran a fantastic campaign in the one-day World Cup, Rohit and the team, everyone involved in that one-day World Cup, we ran a superb campaign,” Dravid said.


“There's nothing we could have done more in terms of our preparation, the planning, the execution of what we needed to do for 10 games in a row to dominate, to win the game we did, play the game we did,” he added.
 

Dravid is currently spending time with his family and there are reports that he will join an Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise as a head coach.
