Ravindra Jadeja will most likely to miss the marquee event.

After winning the T20 World Cup 2024 in Barbados, team India faced Zimbabwe for the five-match T20 series where they defeated Sikandar Raza & Co. by 4-1. Now team India will face Sri Lanka for the three-match T20I and ODI series scheduled to start on July 27 and after that, the Men in Blue will compete in the Champions Trophy 2025 which is scheduled to be hosted by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) next year. However, Team India has yet to decide whether they have to travel to the neighbouring nation for the multinational event.

India star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been making headlines since BCCI announced the T20I and ODI squad for the Sri Lanka series. The World Cup-winning all-rounder is not in the Indian squad against the Island Nation and there are reports that he will most likely to miss the Champions Trophy 2025. Ravindra Jadeja

Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will miss the Champions Trophy 2025. He is no longer in India's ODI plans, with the management planning to permanently replace him with T20 World Cup hero Axar Patel. Axar Patel is in the lethal form and he can replace Jadeja for the marquee event.

Sanju Samson

India wicketkeeper batter Sanju Samson who recently featured in the T20I series against Zimbabwe will also miss the Champions Trophy 2025 because the cricket board have ignored him in the ODI squad against Sri Lanka.

Yuzvendra Chahal

India's best T20I spinner Yuzvendra Chahal will also most likely to miss the Champions Trophy 2025 considering Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav's current form he will likely to be ignored by the selectors for the marquee event.

Ishan Kishan

India wicketkeeper batter Ishan Kishan has not featured in international matches since ODI World Cup 2024 and considering Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul the MI batter will most likely to miss the spot in Champions Trophy 2025.
