India’s Asia Cup star Abhishek Sharma, who is leading Punjab in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025–26, surprised fans away from the cricket field. The left-handed batter made an unexpected appearance at singer AP Dhillon’s concert in Jaipur, creating a memorable moment as two Punjabi stars shared the stage.

On Sunday, December 29, AP Dhillon performed live in Jaipur, where fans were in for a special surprise. During the concert, Abhishek Sharma joined the singer on stage for a brief appearance. The cricketer was welcomed with loud cheers as he hugged Dhillon and spoke a few words to the crowd, much to everyone’s excitement. Notably, Abhishek is currently in Jaipur alongside his team for the Vijay Hazare Trophy matches. After featuring in the concert, the southpaw captained Punjab in their Elite Group C match against Uttarakhand at the Anantam Ground.

Abhishek's last assignment
Earlier, Abhishek had an impressive performance for India in the five-match T20I series against South Africa, where he gave the team quick starts at the top. India went on to win the series 3–1.
