Erling Haaland has been crowned the Premier League's Golden Boot winner for the 2025/26 season. The football star scored 27 goals for Manchester City to secure his third such honour.

The Norwegian striker's stunning tally topped the division's scoring charts, confirming his status as one of the world's most dominant forwards even as the Sky Blues navigated a competitive campaign.

The award was officially confirmed on Monday, highlighting Haaland's consistency across a season that saw him maintain his scoring prowess despite increased competition and defensive attention.

Despite a noticeable dip in form after Christmas, during which he managed just eight goals, Haaland's early-season output proved decisive. His total ensured the Golden Boot remained firmly in his possession, underscoring his ability to deliver match-winning contributions even in a campaign described as relatively subdued by his own exceptional standards.

The striker's celebrations in front of adoring Manchester City supporters have become a familiar sight, symbolising his enduring threat in the final third. The achievement marks another milestone in Haaland's rapidly growing legacy at the Etihad Stadium, where he has established himself as the focal point of City's attack since his arrival.

Haaland’s third Golden Boot adds to an already impressive collection of individual accolades in the Premier League, further cementing his reputation as a generational talent. However, Pep Guardiola’s side failed to win the Premier League this season, which went to Arsenal.
