Overwatch 2 Mid-Season 14 Twitch Drops: Unlock Free Synthwave Lifeweaver Skin

As part of its mid-Season 14 update, Overwatch 2 is offering players the chance to earn free cosmetics through Twitch Drops by watching their favorite streamers. The highlights of this patch include the Synthwave Lifeweaver Epic Skin and the Synth Lotus Spray, available to unlock by simply tuning in to Overwatch 2 streams.

What are the Twitch Drop Rewards?

From now until January 31, players can earn exclusive cosmetics by watching Overwatch 2 streams on Twitch. The rewards include:

2 hours watched: Synthwave Lifeweaver Epic Skin
4 hours watched: Synth Lotus Lifeweaver Spray

To receive these rewards, players must link their Battle.netand Twitch accounts. Once claimed, the items will automatically appear in their in-game collection.

Introducing the Synthwave Lifeweaver Skin

Originally released in August 2023 for 1200 Overwatch Coins as part of a bundle, the Synthwave Lifeweaver Epic Skin features a vibrant neon aesthetic with retro-futuristic designs. This is the first time this skin is available for free through Twitch Drops, though it excludes the Sigh... voice line from the original bundle. Players who previously purchased the skin will not receive a refund.
