India's Neeraj Chopra stormed into javelin final

He made a stunning throw of 89.34m at the Paris Olympics.

India's star athlete and Golden Boy Neeraj Chopra gave a strong performance in the Paris Olympics 2024. Neeraj Chopra threw the javelin 89.34 meters in the qualification round and with this, he has now made it to the finals. Due to this, there are two big signs that shows that Neeraj Chopra might create a double blast by winning the gold medal before the finals which is to be held on August 8.

Neeraj ahead of everyone else

Actually, Neeraj Chopra threw the javelin to the maximum distance of 89.34 meters in the qualification round and became number one. After this, the remaining 11 athletes made it to the finals. However, none of them could not overcome the distance of Neeraj. In this way, if Neeraj remains at the forefront, if he continues this form in the finals then no one will be able to stop him from taking the gold medal.

Neeraj eyes second gold

If we talk about other athletes apart from Neeraj, the season best of any other athlete is also less than Neeraj. The season best of Czech Republic's Jakub Wadlech is 88.65 meters while the season best of Anderson Peters is 88.63 meters. Apart from these two, only Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan could reach 86.59 meters while the rest of the athletes could not even achieve the mark of 86 meters. In this respect too, Neeraj's dominance is visible and after the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, he has now come very close to winning the gold medal in the Paris Olympics 2024.
