Dana White Warmly Welcomes Controversial Tate Brothers at UFC 313

When the brothers came at the event in Las Vegas, UFC President Dana White greeted them warmly and hugged both of them.

“Welcome to the States, boys,” White said Friday night as he high-fived and hugged the brothers, video footage posted to social media shows.

Andrew Tate, a former kickboxer and self-described misogynist, is a successful social media influencer. He has about 10 million followers on X, but he has also been banned across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube and TikTok as a result of hate speech and misogynistic comments.

The brothers were taken into custody in Romania in 2022, accused of human trafficking and establishing an organized crime group. Andrew Tate is additionally charged with rape in the country. As dual citizens of both the United States and the United Kingdom, they are also under investigation in England for allegations of rape and human trafficking.

The brothers returned to the United States last month after Romanian authorities lifted a travel prohibition on them leaving the country.

Clearly, the brothers are still on excellent terms with White.
