WWE is all set to celebrate New Day on their 10 years.

Former WWE Champion Big E, who was forced to step away from in ring competition due to a neck injury in 2022, could be making a surprise return to WWE television in the near future. The 10year anniversary celebration of The New Day, which will be featured in an upcoming episode of Raw, is fueling speculation that Big E could make an appearance.

 Tension Within The New Day

As WWE prepares to commemorate a decade of The New Day, tensions between two of its key members—Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods—are escalating. After a recent loss to Alpha Academy on Raw, the pair was seen having a heated backstage argument, sparking concerns about the group's future. This adds intrigue to the upcoming anniversary celebration, leaving fans questioning whether the trio can come together once again.

Although WWE has not officially confirmed Big E’s involvement in the segment, there is growing speculation that he might make a surprise return. Since suffering a broken neck in March 2022, Big E has been absent from active competition. However, he has remained involved with WWE outside of the ring, frequently teasing updates about his recovery and his potential return to action.

 Speculation About Big E's Involvement

Adding to the excitement, WrestleVotes reported that WWE has presented several ideas for Big E to appear during the New Day’s 10year anniversary celebration on Raw. The post did not confirm his participation but hinted that there may be significant plans in store for the iconic faction.

Kofi Kingston's Thoughts on Big E's Return

Kofi Kingston shared his thoughts on Big E’s potential return during an interview with USAToday.com. Kingston admitted that he is unsure if Big E will be able to make it for the 10year celebration due to his busy schedule, which includes hosting shows and participating in community outreach activities. Kingston also expressed that while the event would be “awesome” to relive the group’s memorable moments, it would feel incomplete without Big E's presence.

Kingston said, “There haven’t been any plans announced as to what the 10year celebration will include, but it will be awesome ‘to see all the memorable moments and just reminisce’ about what we’ve achieved. It wouldn’t be complete if he’s not there.”

The New Day's Legacy and Big E's Absence

Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods first came together as The New Day in late 2014. Initially struggling with creative missteps and an unwelcoming reception, the trio went on to become one of the most successful factions in WWE history. Big E and Kingston went on to capture World Championship gold, while Woods earned the title of King of the Ring in 2021. However, it was their reign as tag team champions, which lasted a thenrecord 483 days, that solidified their legacy.

The trio hit a rough patch in March 2022 when Big E suffered a serious neck injury. While Woods and Kingston continued to appear on Raw, they have faced growing friction, with Woods' behavior becoming increasingly erratic. This has led to speculation that the duo might be heading toward a split.

  The New Day are Back?

The timing of Big E’s potential return could play a crucial role in the group's future. With tensions running high between Kingston and Woods, many fans are wondering if Big E will return to help reconcile the duo and keep The New Day intact. The 10year anniversary celebration could be the perfect opportunity for him to make a dramatic comeback and remind fans of the unity and success the trio achieved together.

As WWE fans eagerly await Monday’s episode of Raw, the possibility of Big E’s return remains a hot topic of discussion.
