American Singer Sean Diddy's legal team responds to Dawn Richards Lawsuit calling it a manufactured series of false claims in the hopes of trying to get a payday. Richards had previously accused him of Physical and Sexual Abuse. He was sued by a former Danity Kane member and remain silent on the issue. But not the legal team has released a statement

“In an attempt to rewrite history, Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day — conveniently timed to coincide with her album release and press tour. If Ms. Richard had such a negative experience with Making the Band and Danity Kane, she would not have chosen to continue working directly with Mr. Combs for Dirty Money, nor would she have returned for the Making the Band reboot in 2020 or agreed to be featured on The Love Album last year. It’s unfortunate that Ms. Richard has cast their 20-year friendship aside to try and get money from him, but Mr. Combs is confidently standing on truth and looks forward to proving that in court," the statement read

Dawn Richards allegation

In the lawsuit, Dawn Richards recounted that she first observed Diddy's violent tendencies during her audition for his 2004 reality show, Making The Band. Richards alleged that Diddy used derogatory terms like "fat," "ugly," "b**ches," and "h*es" to refer to the women during auditions.

She claimed that Diddy developed a particular animosity towards her because of her eagerness to work with him. According to Richards, she experienced Diddy's darker side while working under him. The lawsuit includes allegations that she witnessed Diddy mistreat his girlfriends, such as an incident where Kim Porter left the studio with visible bruises, and another occasion where Diddy, reportedly under the influence of drugs, threw his ex, Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura, against a wall, choked her, and dragged her up the stairs at his Los Angeles home.
