The Orlando Magic will lock horns against defending NBA champions Boston Celtics for Game 4 of their first round NBA playoff series on Sunday, April 27 at the Kia Center. The main talking point from Celtics point of view would be whether Jrue Holiday features against Orlando Magic or not.

Will Jrue Holiday play against Orlando Magic?

The 34-year-old point guard sees his name on the team's injury report and will not be available for Game 4 against the Orlando Magic. Holiday is suffering from a right hamstring strain. The two-time NBA All-Star missed the previous encounter with same injury and during his absence, Magic secured a crucial win.

With Holiday being sidelined once again, the Orlando Magic sense another victory as they look to level the seven game series 2-2. Currently, the series is led 2-1 by the Boston Celtics, who have the home court advantage in their favor.

Head coach Joe Mazzulla provided with a major update on Jrue Holiday's condition, whether he will start Game 4 or not. He had mentioned that the team has kept Holiday on a day-to-day basis. He didn't confirm about his availability for the Sunday's crucial match but the team only announced that he will be sidelined from the contest.

The Celtics would be confident of getting past a young and inexperienced Magic team but that challenge becomes even more tougher with Jrue Holiday being sidelined. Holiday is amongst one of the league's premier defender and is also very handy with his shot-making abilities. He is an indispensable asset for Boston Celtics.

The Magic will be eyeing to make a comeback in the series after clinching Game 3. They would be over the moon to know that they won't have to go up against Jrue Holiday once again. For the Celtics, it would be crucial to not give in and change the complexion of the series without their star player. They would be need to find a way to compensate for Holiday's impact on both ends of the floor.
