The world's finest young talent will compete in the ACC Emerging Asia Cup in 2024. From October 18 to October 27, eight teams, including India A, will compete in the tournament in Oman. The competition will be contested in the T20I format for the tournament's sixth edition, in contrast to the previous one. Senior teams from the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, and Oman will compete in the competition. All eyes will be on the India A vs Pakistan A encounter, which is set to take place on October 19 at Oman Cricket Academy Ground in Al Amarat. India A has been drawn into Group A alongside archrivals Pakistan A, Oman, and UAE.

The top two teams from both groups will move on to the semifinals. In the previous final, Pakistan defeated India by 128 runs, and the Men in Blue will be out for retribution.
