Dominating performance from Brazil
The first half of the game was filled with a strong performance of Neymar-less Brazil against Haiti at the Philadelphia Stadium, taking all the three points for Carlo Ancelotti's side. The Selecao reasserted their attack with Matheus Cunha coming in as a striker, who scored twice in the 23rd and 36th minute of the game. The first goal in the 23rd minute was a lucky one as Cunha banked on the rebound before scoring a screamer in the 35th. Before the half-time whistle, star Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr also stamped his authority, latching onto a slick team play to finish in first-half stoppage time.

Disciplined game from Haiti
Determined Haiti changed their formation to 4-4-2 in the second half, which led to a little pressure on the South-American side, before Alisson Becker managed to create amazing saves to keep the clean sheet for Brazil in the game. The second half of the game was more about Brazil trying out their depth ahead of the next game at the tournament, as Carlo Ancelotti rested Cunha and Lucas Paqueta to try a fresh attacking pair of Gabriel Martinelli and Endrick.
Martinelli almosted scored a screamer, but only managed to hit the crossbar, while Endrick found the back of the net only to see his brilliant finish getting ruled out by a half-yard offside offense. However, Brazil finished the game with a 3-0 win to stay alive in the tournament.
Next challenge for Brazil
Carlo Ancelotti's side will lock horns against Scotland in their upcoming Group C clash at the FIFA World Cup on Thursday, June 25 (As per IST) at the Miami Stadium in Florida, USA.
