How the tables have turned. The fortune of a club as big and legendary as Juventus is uncertain and it will not be wrong to say that they are reeling after the departure of their star forward Cristiano Ronaldo. After the 1-1 draw against AC Milan on Monday in Turin, they are now sitting at the 18th position on the table. Their forwards have not been in the best of shape of late and there is no sign of synergy between their defenders. After seeing their current start to the season, one can easily mark out that the ex-scudetto winners are struggling to be their usual self.

Sword of relegation dangling over heads
Juventus are currently sitting at the 18th position of the table just above Cagliari and Salernitana. They have not won a single game out of four matches played and have earned only two points. Though Ronaldo left after playing some minutes this season for the Binocurri, he wasn’t utilized as much by Allegri. After the maestro’s departure, Juventus suffered two defeats against Napoli and Empoli followed by a draw against AC Milan. Their current form is a sign of great worry and may result in failing to qualify for Champions League next year.

Four goals forced, 6 conceded
Juventus forwards have scored only four goals in their four matches. The team is missing a goal-scorer and it looks like Morata, Dybala, Chiesa, etc. need to get back in the groove soon. Even their defenders have not lived up to their reputations and have already conceded 6 goals. Once called the “Wall of Italy”, Chiellini and Bonucci are showing a lack of coordination between them. Allegri needs to revise his tactics according to the players’ capability, if not then he may have to leave Juventus next year.
