It was a major defeat to digest for the Arsenal fans, as the Gunners were aiming to win a historic treble, by competing for three titles in the ongoing season. The Gunners are leading the Premier League title race and reached the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League, where they will lock horns with Sporting CP.

Declan Rice shares strong message

After the loss, Arsenal's star midfielder, Declan Rice dropped a message for the fans saying that one defeat will not define the whole campaign.

He also made sure that the loss against Manchester City, will only make them hungry and will leave on efforts to finish the season on a high note.

"A final defeat doesn’t define us. Only makes us hungrier to go on and finish the season strong. Thank you to our amazing fans as always. See you after the break."
