The Uruguay international has faced a difficult season so far, and had to take a break for the betterment of his mental health.

Since making a comeback, Araujo has managed to drop some strong performances. He was quite good in the first-leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie against New Castle, before scoring a match winning goal in Barcelona's 1-0 win against Rayo Vallecano in a LaLiga clash.

Currently, Barcelona stand at the top of the LaLiga standings with 73 points in hand from 29 games. The Catalan club have managed to secure a lead of four points over second placed Real Madrid.
