Paul Pogba breaks silence on his future with AS Monaco
Having not featured since the start of December, the 32-year-old, who returned to action recently after prolonged fitness issues, expressed his dedication recently. The former Manchester United player expressed his focus on contributing to Monaco's push for European qualification. On his future with the team, he said:
“From what I've heard, here at AS Monaco we're together for the long run”.
Pogba joined the club on a two-year deal in the summer of 2025 after his ban was reduced, with his contract currently running until 2027. Since arriving at the Stade Louis II, Pogba has been limited to a handful of appearances due to recurring calf problems and general fitness concerns that have hampered his integration into the squad.
Pogba’s recent return to the pitch has been viewed as a positive step, offering hope that he can recapture the form that once made him one of world football's most dynamic midfielders. Monaco, currently battling for a top-four finish in Ligue 1, is expected to benefit from his experience and physical presence as the season enters its decisive phase.
