The NBA revealed its full roster of All-Star reserves recently after the starters from each conference were announced on January 19. LeBron James was one of the seven reserves announced from each conference after the Los Angeles Lakers superstar was not named the starter for the first time in 22 years.
However, after being chosen among the seven reserves by NBA coaches, he has now extended his record as the player with the most NBA All-Star selections with 22. The three-time Olympic gold-medalist has made it to the midseason showdown since his debut in 2005.

Meanwhile, Kevin Durant has climbed to number four on the all-time list, and only three NBA icons are above him. The Houston Rockets star now has more NBA All-Star selections than every player in history but LeBron, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Kobe Bryant.
