ICC has released additional tickets for India's Champions Trophy matches and fans will have another chance to secure their seats. Additional tickets for three India group stage matches and the first semi-final will go on sale today, Sunday, February 16, at noon Gulf Standard Time (GST). Due to high demand, a limited number of tickets will be available.
The tickets being released today include those for the opening match in Dubai on February 20 between Bangladesh and India, the highly anticipated Pakistan versus India clash on February 23, and India's final group stage match against New Zealand on March 2. Limited tickets are also available for the first semi-final, scheduled for March 4.
Tickets for the ICC Men's Champions Trophy Final, scheduled for Sunday, March 9th, will be available for purchase after the conclusion of the first semi-final in Dubai. This exciting two-week tournament will feature the world's eight best teams competing fiercely in 15 matches over 19 days, with each game crucial in the race for the coveted white jackets.
Turning to Team India, the Rohit Sharma-led squad arrived in Dubai on Saturday, February 15. There has been speculation that the team will forgo rest and begin practicing for the tournament on Sunday, February 16. India's Champions Trophy 2025 campaign begins against Bangladesh on Thursday, February 20, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium (DICS).
The India versus Bangladesh match will begin at 2:30 pm Indian Standard Time (IST). The eight participating teams in the tournament, selected based on ICC ODI team rankings, have been divided into two groups. India has been placed in Group A, where they will face Bangladesh, New Zealand, and their traditional rivals, Pakistan. The Champions Trophy final is scheduled to take place on March 9.
