India vs Australia fourth Test match is scheduled to start from December 26.

Former India captain Virat Kohli and wife Anushka Sharma were spotted taking a stroll down a busy lane in Melbourne ahead of the Boxing Day Test. The couple also enjoyed a Christmas breakfast at a cafe in Melbourne on Wednesday, 25 December. On the eve of the fourth Test match of the high voltage Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 scheduled to take place at Melbourne Cricket Stadium (MCG).

The video of Anushka and Virat went viral on social media in no time where the couple was walking in Melbourne. Here is the clip.

Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah travelled to Australia with their families. Both Indian stars are travelling between cities on specially arranged flights.

Rohit Sharma-led Team India opted not to train on Christmas (the eve of the Boxing Day Test). On the other hand, Pat Cummins & Co. had an optional training session at MCG.

Notably, India began training for the Boxing Day Test earlier than Australia, hitting the nets for four days between Saturday and Tuesday. Australia began their training on Monday.

Kohli began the Test series with an unbeaten century in the second innings of the first Test match in Perth but the batter failed to carry the momentum in the last two Test matches. The batting great just scored 126 runs in five innings. Team India who won the first Test match by 295 runs also failed to continue the winning momentum as Australia registered a 10-wicket win in the pink-ball day/night Test in Adelaide.

The five-Test match series between India and Australia is currently levelled 1-1 after the third Test match at Gabba ended in a draw because of rain.

Winning the ongoing Test series is important for both India and Australia to seal their spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) final which will be hosted by England next year.
