Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Delhi Capitals (DC) are currently preparing for their upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash, which is scheduled to take place at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, Dharamshala. The clash is likely to be cancelled or postponed due to border tensions between India and Pakistan.
As per BCCI's top source close to Sports Tak, the upcoming IPL 2025 clash between PBKS and DC will either be postponed or cancelled as the Indian Cricket Board is in touch with the government of India and they are awaiting their clearance for the match.
The source further explained that the PBKS vs DC match will take place under the floodlights, and that will help Pakistan, as Kangra is close to the border, there are high chances that the match will likely be cancelled or rescheduled.
The close source also revealed that PBKS upcoming clash against Mumbai Indians (MI) will likely to take place in Mumbai due to same issues.

The development comes after the 'Mission Sindoor' Indian Armed Forces launched 'Mission Sindoor' to carry out precision strikes on nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), days after the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 people.
On the early morning of May 7, the Indian Armed Forces launched ‘OPERATION SINDOOR’, hitting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed, said an official statement from the Minister of Defence.
What happens if the PBKS vs DC match gets cancelled?
If the upcoming Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals match gets cancelled, then both teams will get one point each, and in that case, the Shreyas Iyer-led side will be in a spot of bother in the playoffs race. If the clash is rescheduled, then it might take place on Saturday because there is a single match on the upcoming weekend.
