Due to their star power and demand, 81 players are listed in the highest price range of Rs 2 crore on the reserve price list. Other reserve price bands, such as INR 1.5 crore (27 players), INR 1.25 crore (18 players), and INR 1 crore (23 players), have also been specified by players. A substantial portion of players—320, to be exact—have chosen the base price of INR 30 lakh, which gives teams an opportunity to sign gifted talents at a reasonable cost.

As teams try to improve their squads for the next IPL season, there will be fierce bidding battles at the auction. Finding the ideal balance between seasoned players and up-and-coming talent should be a top priority for teams, especially since the competition will have 70 overseas berths.
