The Men in Blue have selected a revamped squad as compared to the one that played the T20I series, with a number of players slated to make their international debuts as well.

Pacer Mukesh Kumar and batter Rajat Patidar have earned maiden call-ups for India while most of the reserve players in the T20 World Cup squad are also part of this ODI squad. Shreyas Iyer, who is part of Team India's reserves for the T20 World Cup, will be the vice-captain with Deepak Chahar and Ravi Bishnoi the other players from the standby list in the ODI team.
