Paris has increased their security for the big event.

France is hosting the Olympics after 100 years. Paris Olympics 2024 will start from July 26 and it will be the second city after London to become the host of the biggest sporting event for the third time. Strong security arrangements have been made for these games. A year ago, the head of the Paris Olympics had made a strong claim and stated that the French capital would be the safest place in the world to organize these games. Now this is what is visible before the Paris Olympics. Now policemen and soldiers with guns are seen everywhere.

For the first time after the Second World War, the largest number of troops were deployed in Paris. Rafale fighter planes have been deployed for sky security and iron nets have been installed on the banks of the Seine river.

France and Paris have been witness to dangerous attacks in the last few years. Horrible violence has been seen here. Many terrorist attacks have taken place in this city in the name of Al Qaeda and Islamic State. Because of this, no risk is being taken for the safety of the athletes who have come to play in the Olympics. Separate new venues have not been created for the Paris Olympics, rather only old and famous places have been selected for the events. For some sports, temporary venues have been set up in public places.

A total of 10500 athletes will participate in the Paris Olympics and lakhs of spectators are expected. In such a situation, 45 thousand police and paramilitary personnel have been deployed. To help them, around 10 thousand soldiers have camped in Paris. This is the largest military camp in this city since the Second World War. These soldiers will be ready to reach any Olympic venue in the city within 30 minutes. For sky security, Rafale fighter jets, airspace monitoring AWACS surveillance flights, Reaper surveillance drones, helicopters with sharpshooters, and drone shooting equipment have been deployed.

The organizers of the Paris Olympics are also using Artificial Intelligence software. Under this, they will help in case of finding unclaimed bags or increasing crowd. 40 countries have also sent a total of 1900 policemen to help France. So far, more than 3900 people have been stopped from participating in the Paris Olympics.
