Vijaykumar Vyshak, a cricketer for the RCB and Karnataka, has revealed the effects of training with Virat Kohli. Vyshak had the opportunity to play with Kohli for RCB in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Vyshak made his IPL debut in 2023 and got nine wickets from seven matches. He continued to represent the team during the most recent season and shared his training experience with India's star batter Virat Kohli. The young bowler revealed that he was left awestruck by Kohli's discipline, work ethic, and consistency as the star player did everything with complete precision.

"Training with Virat Kohli can really impact you as a player. Last season, while I admired him, I paid attention to the finer details such as his work ethic, his process, and his consistency. Whether it is his eating habits or practice routine, everything is done with precision. It is admirable how confident he is before every game, and now I try to have the same confidence every time I step onto the field," Hindustan Times quoted Vyshak.

Vyshak reveals Mohammed Siraj's advice

 

The 27-year-old only got to play four matches in IPL 2024 and he got four scalps in front of his name. The youngster also talked about his time playing in the biggest franchise league and how his senior Mohammed Siraj helped him.

 

"In my first game for RCB, I did well, but then I conceded 60 runs in the next match. Siraj told me, 'This is the game, and this is the challenge at the highest level.' I am keen to keep this in mind and to pass on these lessons whenever I can," he added.

 

Vyshak has been having a marvelous outing in domestic cricket as of late as he performed with both bat and ball in the Ranji Trophy 2024. The Karnataka cricketer scored 343 runs from 13 innings at a average of 31.18 and a strike rate of 72.82. This also included one hundred and one fifty. With the ball, he completed as the most noteworthy wicket-taker for his group picking 39 wickets from 16 innings at a bowling average of 23.61 and an economy of 3.29. He will be next seen playing for Gulbarga Mystics in the Maharaja Trophy Karnataka State Cricket Association T20.
