Once again, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has come under the spotlight, but only for negative reasons, with the ball changing its color again. This time, the incident took place during a clash involving Karachi Kings, where a repeat of the earlier controversy unfolded as dye from players' jerseys transferred onto the white ball, which gave it a reddish tint.
Shameful incident in PSL
This incident marks the second such occurrence in the ongoing PSL season. Previously, during the opening game between Lahore Qalandars and Hyderabad Kingsmen at Gaddafi Stadium, the ball had turned pink because of dye transfer from players' kits, leaving both players and officials confused and attracting attention from all over the world.

Despite the reoccurrence of the shocking incident, the match went ahead without much interruption. But the change was too obvious to notice and sparked controversy among the viewers.
David Warner's great performance
Coming back to the game, Karachi King dropped a dominating performance to claim a five-wicket win against Lahore Qalandars. While chasing a tough target of 200, captain David Warner played a key role with scoring an unbeaten 63. Kushdil Shah did a good job by scoring 44 off just 14 deliveries to secure the win with eight balls to spare.
Batting first, Lahore Qalandars managed to post a fighting total of 199/5, with great performances coming from Abdullah Shafique (62) and Fakhar Zaman (61).
