The official kit partners of Team India, MPL Sports, on September 13 (Tuesday) announced that ahead of the upcoming T20 World Cup they will be launching a new jersey for the national cricket team. In a video shared on the MPL's official Twitter handle, captain Hardik Pandya, ace all-rounder Hardik Pandya and middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer were seen teasing the fans about the new jersey and requested them to be a part of their dream jersey.
"The game is not really the same without you guys cheering us on! Show your fandom along with BCCI for the game by sharing your fan moments," they wrote on Twitter.

Though the actual jersey was not revealed in the video as the three players were wearing a jacket but it is understood that the sky-blue shade is bound to return.
Before the T20 World Cup begins on October 16, the Men in Blue are scheduled to play two high-profile T20I bilateral series at home. Rohit Sharma's men will first square off against Australia and then South Africa before flying Down Under.
India will begin their T20 World Cup on October 23 against arch-rivals Pakistan. The Men in Blue have not won the title since winning the inaugural edition in 2007. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on September 12 (Monday) announced India's squad for the T20 World Cup.
