It has been a horrible season for Rajasthan Royals (RR). They were looking for a turnaround but they super over defeat against Delhi Capitals (DC) hurt their chances and now the Sanju Samson-led side are placed eighth on the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 points table. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant-led Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will look to get back to winning ways after a defeat against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at home.

It is going to be a hot evening in Jaipur. Spin is likely to play a huge part. The captain winning the toss is likely to opt to field first. If the dew comes into play, it may make run chase easier.
RR vs LSG Predicted Top Performers
LSG's top order has been in stupendous form, especially opener Mitchell Marsh and Nicholas Pooran. Marsh has 295 runs from six innings including four fifties. His strike rate is 171.51. Pooran is a few steps ahead with 357 runs from seven innings including four half-centuries. His strike rate is 208.77. Pooran currently holds the orange cap as well. Their spinner Digvesh Singh Rathi has had a terrific IPL debut season with nine wickets to his name already. Captain Pant's return to form is also a positive sign for them.
While Riyan Parag has struggled and there is a question mark over captain Sanju Samson's availability, Yashasvi Jaiswal's return to form is a good sign for the hosts. The southpaw has three half-centuries from last four appearances. Currently, RR don't have a bowler in the race for purple cap. But, pacer Jofra Archer's return to form is promising for them. He can troubled LSG top-order with raw pace.

The in-form LSG have beaten RR just once in five games. Their only win against RR came in Jaipur in the 2023 edition. Avesh Khan was pick of the bowlers with three wickets for 25 runs including current players Shimron Hetmyer and Dhruv Jurel. They haven't been able to beat RR since.
