Brazil's national team has provided heartbreaking news for Raphinha ahead of their upcoming fixture. While the five-time World Cup champions are already without Neymar Jr, they will also have to sit Barcelona winger out of the next game. 

Raphinha has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in his right thigh, confirmed by medical tests from the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) following Brazil's 3-0 Group C victory over Haiti on Friday. 

The 29-year-old felt discomfort in his right hamstring during the first half and was substituted in the 40th minute. He will miss Brazil's upcoming match against Scotland but will remain with the national team squad in the United States for intensive treatment, aiming to recover in time for potential later stages of the tournament.
