India to Australia: Teams with most ICC Champions Trophy title

Rohit Sharma-led India won the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which was hosted by Pakistan, played in a hybrid model where matches featuring India were hosted by Dubai. 
 

Rohit Sharma-led India defeated New Zealand by four wickets in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final to win the title for the third time. 
 

India surpassed Australia to become the most successful team that has won the title for the most time. India are three-time Champions Trophy winners. The Men in Blue won the Champions Trophy in 2002, 2013 and 2025. 
 

New Zealand also managed to win the title just one. New Zealand won the title in 2000. 
 

South Africa also won the Champions Trophy. The Proteas won the ICC Champions Trophy in 1998. 
 

Australia comes second in the tally with two Champions Trophy titles. They won the tournament in 2006, 2009. 
 

Pakistan who failed to win a single game of the recent edition of the Champions Trophy, won the 2017 edition of the tournament defeating India in the final.
