Chinelle Henry's cracked the joint-fastest fifty (62 off 23) in WPL history which came off in 18 balls. Henry's stunning knock helped UP Warriorz post a challenging total of 177/9. In reply, barring Jemimah Rodrigues, who scored a blistering fifty (56 off 35), Capitals' batters faltered badly and were folded for just 144. Grace Harris pulled off a handsome hat-trick for Capitals which was well supported by Kranti Gaud's four-fer.

The UP Warriorz, batting first, set a formidable target, reaching 177-9 in their allotted 20 overs. Despite a strong bowling performance from Delhi Capitals, particularly from Marizanne Kapp, who took 2/18, and Jess Jonassen, who claimed 4/31, the UP Warriorz managed to post a challenging total. This was largely due to key partnerships, most notably Henry's innings, and intelligent batting throughout their innings.

Chasing 178, the Delhi Capitals started confidently but faltered under pressure, ultimately being bowled out for 144 in 19.3 overs. The decisive moment came in the final over, where Grace Harris delivered a spectacular hat-trick, dismissing Shikha Pandey, Arundhati Reddy, and Minnu Mani in successive deliveries to secure the UP Warriorz's victory.
